How proficient do you think the average saved person is at confessing their sins? The confession of our sins is the key to maintaining our “…fellowship…” with God, His Word, and our fellow church members. According to I John 1:4-9,God gives us encouragement to “…confess our sins…” so that our “…joy may be full.” What happens if sins go unconfessed? When a saved person says, “Well, I have not been convicted that so-and-so is a sin.” What about those sins of denial; or perhaps sins of ignorance?
